Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Plan changes apply immediately with a prorated charge or credit.
AI assessments
Assessments are informational estimates, not professional inspections or quotes. Always use a licensed professional for hazardous work.
Contractors
RenoRelay verifies businesses before they can access jobs, but we don't perform or guarantee contractor work. Agreements for work are between the homeowner and the contractor.
Lead fees
Lead fees are separate from subscriptions and are shown before purchase. Subscriptions do not guarantee jobs.
Reviews
Reviews are allowed only for confirmed, completed jobs and are moderated against published policies — never based on payment.
