What we store

Your account details, properties, projects, tasks, materials, budgets and photos you upload. Contractors also provide business details for verification.

Who can see it

Your projects and photos are private to your account. If you post a job request, verified contractors who match it see a sanitized preview without your address or contact details. Contact details are shared only with contractors you approve.

AI assessments

When you request an assessment, the photos and description you choose are sent to our AI provider to produce the result. Location data is removed from JPEG photos first.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion from Account settings. Your projects, photos and profile are removed. Payment records are kept for 7 years where the law requires, with your email stored only in a scrambled form.
