How RenoRelay works for homeowners
Three steps from "something's wrong" to "it's handled".
1. Capture your project
Add your property, then create a project for a repair or renovation. Upload photos — they go to private storage that only your account can open, and photo location data is removed from JPEGs before analysis.
2. Build your plan
Ask for an AI photo assessment (up to 4 photos at a time). You get a structured summary: what the problem likely is, how urgent it is, rough cost ranges and suggested steps. Hazardous work such as electrical panels, gas or structural changes is always flagged for a licensed professional.
Apply suggested steps to your task list with one click, add materials and tools, and track your estimates against what you actually spend. Home+ adds multi-phase plans, saved budget versions and exports.
3. DIY or connect with a professional
Doing it yourself? Work through your checklist. Want help? Turn the project into a job request. Verified contractors who cover your trade and area see a sanitized preview — never your address or contact details — and can express interest. You decide who to approve.
Requests stay listed for 30 days, and you can extend, withdraw or save them as drafts at any time.
